So here we are, back in the office after a wonderful weekend spent with you wonderful lot! After a crazy first year at Staffroom we thought it was important not just to say a big thanks, but to prove how grateful we were for all of your continous hard work. The day started in a way that all of us had pretty much hoped it wouldn't, with rain, but what did we expect? Wales lived up to its true expectations on the weather front but have no fear, by midday it was beautiful. With the sausages, chicken & burgers cooking nicely on the BBQ, it gave us the chance to catch up with everyone and enjoy the sunshine with a drink in hand. It really was the perfect type of Sunday, with everyone fed & watered we had no choice but to play a few games of cricket & discuss our holiday happenings over plenty of peanut butter cheesecake. It isn't every day you get to sit down and enjoy the company of everyone you work with, so we think it's pretty clear that the BBQ was a huge success. With Staffroom growing day by day, we promise to continue to give back to you all on a yearly basis, whatever the weather. For those who made it this time, it was fantastic to see you, for those who couldn't, well, we'll celebrate twice next time. The holidays are in full swing and we hope that all of you haven't lifted a single finger, you have another four weeks to treat yourselves, we'll see you in the new school year!
