Schools are busier than ever - but you can help!

Given that the pandemic has had a knock-on effect on, well, just about everything over the past two years, it’s no surprise that schools have been suffering as a result of staff shortages now more than ever. But it’s not all doom and gloom, because you can help! If you have some recent experience working with children (such as volunteering, coaching, mentoring, tutoring, helping at a breakfast/after school club etc.) then you can register for work with us as a teaching assistant or cover supervisor!

Our flexible work is suitable for parents, students, and anyone who has commitments to work around, but we do also have full-time positions on offer if you’re available to work 5 days per week. Not only will you be getting great classroom experience (and great pay!) but you’ll also be making sure that children aren’t missing out on parts of their education. You’ll have the option of working in nursery, primary, and secondary schools (you’re more than welcome to pick one, or try them all) and you can also specify which area you’d like to work in, as we work with schools across Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, and The Vale.
