Staffroom Education are currently shortlisting for Additional Learning Needs Teachers for our secondary schools in Cardiff, Newport and Swansea. These roles can full-time or part-time and will begin ASAP.

Role Requirements:

• A U.K teaching qualification

• A good understanding of additional learning needs

• Training or experience with behavioural difficulties that will support you within this post

• Thorough classroom management and behaviour strategies

• Strong communicational skills

• The passion for promoting positive attitudes towards learning and delivering excellent lessons

• Ability to build strong working relationships with staff and pupils

• Up to date knowledge of educational developments and changes whilst undertaking the role

• Awareness of and compliance with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection
