Staffroom Training Event for Supply Teachers 2017

Here at Staffroom, we're always looking for new and creative ways to support our teaching staff. We know how difficult supply life can be and because of this we're holding a special training event in partnership with one of our fantastic clients; St Joseph's High School.

The afternoon will include a presentation from Assistant Headteacher, Elaine Yates, and will cover positive behaviour and discipline. This will offer you as a Supply Teacher an insight into the typical Secondary school's policy, covering areas such as expectation and standards, behavioural rules, good conduct in lessons, praise and rewards, attendance and punctuality, and sanctions.

This is a terrific opportunity for individuals to network with staff, other supply teachers and the team here at Staffroom, as well as hopefully helping you to leave with a better understanding of each of these areas to take with you into schools.
